All,

Our sales people transmit 95%+ of their orders to us over the internet. To
handle the other 5% they each have an off brand USB modem.

The modem transmits fine, except maybe 1/4 of the time the laptop reboots
during the phone call. They all have identical Lenovo laptops and USB
modems. I thought maybe the off brand modem was the issue, so I bought a
single US Robotics USB modem to try. So far, 2 sales people have tried it
and both laptops may reboot with this modem as well.

Windows 7 Home Premium. Anybody else seen this? Suggestions?
