Arrgh. I forgot to state I already had the latest driver on the off brand
modem. Not sure about the US Robotics one, though. It seems odd that BOTH
would have driver issues.

Regarding the event log, they always seem to be 75 miles away when it
happens, and then don't tell me until 2 days later. Love those sales
people. I'm going to have to insist they get it to me ASAP after it
happens.

Sounds like a driver problem.

Have you checked with the vendor?

Anything in the event log that would indicate the cause?
