I've been using a Netgear WNDR3800 for about 4 months now and have been very pleased with it. Separate media streaming channels (G and N) which can be restricted to internet access only if you choose and have their own ccsids, passwords etc. Has made it much simpler for me to give guests access to the network without worrying about what else they can see/do. Plus my Netflix connection for the TV uses one of those channels and so doesn't cause any slowdowns in regular usage.

I paid about $120 for mine on special at Fry's. Cnet review is here http://reviews.cnet.com/routers/netgear-wndr3800-n600-wireless/4505-3319_7-34467812.html major downside they identified was poor USB performance which I didn't care about.

I compared it with higher end LinkSys/Cisco and D'Link options and it was a significantly better value for money at the time.
