2. I would advise against it. Better to fix the actual problem then let the user run as the Windows equivalent of QSECOFR. A lot of malware needs admin rights to infect a machine.
3. Yes: Right-click the app's icon, select Properties. On the Shortcut tab select Advanced then enable Run as Administrator. (If you right-click the actual app & not a shortcut, Run as Administrator is under the Compatibility tab.)
