PLEASE consider using a different email address (on a different mail system) for at least one of the contact's on your domain registration so that you can be informed about mail server problems.
The problem is that any domain registration email address that you can
get at, so can spammers. It's only by having those email addresses on
my own server that I can have aggressive enough spam blocking to keep
those email addresses from just being dumping grounds.
Of course I do all my midrange.com'ing via the newgroup access so you
should never know if my mail server is down anyway.
Plus I use various monitoring methods so that I shouldn't really need
someone else to notify if my mail server isn't working.
