I have extreme spam blocking, both at my router itself and in the
postfix software on the server in my DMZ.

Without any content filtering nor any use of third-party services, I
only get about half-dozen spam email addresses delivered per *year*. A
few get 5xy'ed by postfix. Most SMTP connection attempts get blocked
at the router and don't even get as far as the server.

If I have an email address elsewhere, I'm not going to get that kind
of blocking (unless I use a domain registration privacy services where
they control the contact email entirely).
