14-25Mbps down/3-6Mbps up most of the time. Normal consumer Comcast
service in the Chicago suburbs. Not paying for their "speed boost" service.

I suggest turning your cable modem off, waiting a minute, then turning it
back on. If that doesn't improve things, take a single PC and temporarily
plug it directly into your cable modem, bypassing your router. If
speedtest on that doesn't improve, you've a legit reason to call & complain.
