Bob -

I have a little device called Dazzle Video Creator that plugs into a USB
port. It accepts either RCA audio and/or video or S-video. It comes with
software for the PC to help with the import process.

It probably costs less than $100.

Anyone have experience doing this? What tools did you use and how well
did they work?

I have a collection of VHS-C tapes with lots of memories I'd like to get
digitized.
