Re: Converting EBCDIC to CSV

There's an annoying gotcha with .csv's - MS Excel doesn't conform. They only
put double quotes around strings if the string contains commas or double
quotes:

123.45,Jim Langston,"Conex Global Logistics Services, Inc.",789
