Hmm... how much would I pay?  Interesting question, since I'm not in
charge of pay.  I know how much I get, and I know it's not enough.

My first RPG job I started I started at around 20k/year.  Hard to say
if that is high or low though.  And that was quite a few years ago (5 or
so).  Then again, I didn't consider myself an entry level programmer,
even though it was the first time I had even seen, or heard of, RPG.
