RE: Question concerning entry level programmer skills

I enjoyed listening to all the talk about what skills would be desired for
an entry level programmer. Being that I fit this bill...I see the job market
for (us) entry level programmers as bleak at best for now. I will work at
learning to program in Java in the fall and see where that will take me.
