Hello Raja,

Program described file can be defined in F specs with 'F' in FMT option.

You can define the field structure then in I specs.

for eg.:

           File    typ Desg      FMT  RCDlng  Keylen RAT  keyloc

         F FILEXX   I  F         F    1176     10     A   1      DISK


         I FILEXX                                    1    10   NAME
                                                    11    12   SEX
                                                    13    20   CNTRY
                                                    -     -
                                                    -     -
