Why can't you?  I know of any number of people who use the product at home
having taken the CD set home with them.  If your employer doesn't have a
problem with it I doubt IBM will (the site license is for an unlimited
number of users) as long as some work-related task were being performed.

As to XP - from what I hear it works just fine.  The auto-install is not
100% on the current (V5R1) version - but the stuff on IBM's web site takes
you through the manual pieces.

I suggest we take this to the Code/400 list if you want to take it further.
