The Code tool does a good job but can't modernize anything that doesn't  map
100% to fee-form.  For example it makes no attempt to establish the type and
size of a variable to determine if a simple assignment can be used to
replace a Move.  The Linoma tool will not only do that but will also convert
date ops (SubDur etc) to their free-form equivalent where it is compatible.
It also does the other kind of D spec clean up etc, that their previous tool
did.
