Just a thought.  You don't have the Table names qualified. 

Is it possible therefore that you have used *SYS naming convention for 
STRSQL, and *SQL naming convention for CRTSQLRPGI?  (Or, the other way 
around?)

*SYS will use your Library List to search for the Table; *SQL will look in 
a 
Library with the same name as your User profile.  Do you have a 
'production' and
'test' versions of the file, with the same name?
