The QUSRTOOL library has a make utility (TMK) which can be used to create your programs and service programs. It's not the easiest thing to use. Alternately, the old TAATOOL library had a command SBMPDMPARM which is used as a substitute for PDM options 14 & 15. It reads the source member for "creation parameters" stored as comments. It would probably need to be modified to create service programs. Keith
