Thanks for the feedback.  One concern I didn't see directly address by most
is: would RPG World be a good place or the best place to learn WHY to use
RPG IV and not just HOW to use it?

Tim directly addressed it with, "Lots of good stuff, with much focus on the
benefits of service programs, sub-procedures, and other newer techniques."

Anybody care to expand upon this?
