In that case, you might use RTVJOBA in BUP009C to fill in a data area 
with the job attributes when it starts, then clear it when it ends.  The 
batch programs could check the data area; if it's not empty, send a 
message to the user identified in the data area, and give them a couple 
of minutes to log off.  Check the data area again; if the job is still 
active, use ENDJOB to kill it.
