Are people confused? She doesn't want to learn RPG III, she just wants to
learn RPG IV. The only classes she has found is for the old timers who know
RPG III and want to know RPG IV.

I would do what some have mentioned which is a local college then maybe a
converence or a book. RPG isn't really hard, if you have some good examples
to start with you can get a good start quickly. Assuming you have some
programming expirience.
