"Rounding up" is another name for "ceiling". The formula is:
(INT((X - 1) / N) + 1) * N
And for the assembly programmers at heart, if N is a constant you can shave
a cycle by using:
INT((X + (N-1)) / N) * N
provided you set up (N-1) as another constant.
