All good points, and all helpful. I guess my style question was about
embedded SQL. It's a pain to work with in WSDc, the temporary event file
(green screen or WDSc) is a drag, and the fixed format in V5R3 and earlier
is a PITA also.

Perhaps I'm whining, but it would sure be nicer if it was easier.
