Phil,

If you can do a CHGSPLFA you can bet your sweet aunt that somewhere there
is an api out there to change the user portion of the data.

What, there is no api, that I can find, for CHGSPLFA! I guess you'll have
to call the command CHGSPLFA, based on what you retrieved with the api to
retrieve.
