Scott Klement's HTTPAPI will provide the tools you need to do this. It
has tons of examples and is pretty easy to follow.

Has anyone used USPS web tools.  I am looking to use the Address
Information
API's to make sure address information in our system is correct. 

 

If so, can you tell me how you implemented the process. I would like to
