Aside from CPYFRMIMPF/CPYTOIMPF just being implemented in a slow and
ugly fashion I think Rob's complaint is that CPYFRMIMPF started

Thanks Simon. Thanks Bruce. Now I understand better. I guess this falls
under the "nobody's allowed to be perfect" directive. But my hat's still
off to IBM for the excellent job they do in this area. Like Bruce, I'd
stand up their record against any other system. I guess it's easy to get
hurt, even damaged, by such as this, so I guess I can understand the
complaint.
