I haven't done a qcmdexc in some time and for some reason I don't
understand this one isn't working.

My goal is to do an OVRPRTF for each new account to create seperate
reports, which can be later sent to each account.

If this is ILE, you probably need the OVRSCOPE(*JOB) parameter.
