Thank You Carel. I looked at the example. But unfortunately that would not 
solve my problem. The reason being, The job was submitted with not a JOBD but 
with specific set of libraries in INLLIBL. As per the documentation the 
library list could be retrived using QUSRJOBI with 0700 format only when the 
job becomes active.
