Changing\recompiling the CLP source to make the first statement of the CLP perform the following request, could be revealing, in review, if doing so is acceptable for the jobs to generate the extra spools and either the current QPDSPJOB printer file attributes are appropriate or overridden in the preceding statement [e.g. possibly, attributes such as HOLD(*YES) SPOOL(*YES) OUTQ(ANOMALY) might be desirable]:

WRKJOB OPTION(*PGMSTK) OUTPUT(*PRINT)

More specific logic could be coded, to limit that or similar logging to any incidents of the CLP invocation not being made from the known one statement of that one invoker and\or being made within one second of the prior invocation.
