If you're downloading the zip in order to apply the updates to multiple
machines, then you really ought to have a local repository set up.

Well, I DID set up a local repository. While not particularly clear, it
seems to indicate that if you have 7.0 or 7.0.0.1, you can update to 7.0.0.2
using this fixpack. It then goes on to tell you how to download the
fixpack, expand it and point to it as a repository, which I did:

Given those instructions, which part do you think I missed?
