Jon, after some frantic email to the Rational folks, I've received word 
back that a trade-up is definitely in the works, they just didn't have 
time to alert the TUG group, and evidently George didn't want to spill 
the beans because it wasn't official.

I gather there's still some behind-the-scenes gnashing of teeth 
regarding the details, but it's my clear impression that you will be 
able to upgrade your ADTS seats to RDi seats.  I could be wrong, of 
course, and until we actually see an official announcement nothing is 
cast in stone.  But that's the comment I received directly from Todd 
Britton, so I think there's a good chance it will stick.
