You got it, Dave.  And that's why I want the freaking static level about 
WDSC V7 to just go away; it distracts from the stuff that matters.  
Concentrate on this issue, and write EVERYBODY you know - George, Sam, 
your congressman, your mom, I don't care.  And don't just complain, 
explain why concurrent is the right option.  Use real world examples.

For instance, I think the concept of consultants being able to move from 
client to client is a huge one.  Sure, if you regularly have 10 
consultants working, you need 10 licenses, but concurrent will handle 
that.  If on the other hand, you have three guys who each come in once 
or twice a month, you can't possibly justify three named licenses.  And 
if the workaround is to name them all CONSULT, then IBM should have to 
sit in the room with your auditors <grin>.

It's a tough thing, licensing, but they need to get it right, and it's 
up to US, the user community, to tell them what we need.
