The only IPL once over the weekend. When I come in on Monday morning the
debug server is not started, but when I issue the command it works without
returning the error. The next day when I come in and start WDSC I am in
the scenario from my original post.

I will have to look tomorrow to see if those two jobs are running. Maybe
something takes down a subsystem that has one of the QB5ROUTER jobs but
leaves the other alone. I currently have both of those jobs running with
Current User as me.

When I log off at night when I go home and shutdown my machine won't those
jobs go away? Are these the jobs that RSE is checking for to see if the
Start option should be available for the iSeries Objects -> Remote Servers
-> Debug Options?

This should not be the case since the debug server is already started.
How do I get RSE to recognize this without issueing the STRDBGSRV
command
and having it throw the error back everytime that the debug server is
already started? I tried a "Refresh" from teh iSeries Objects level but

it didn't pick it up.

I'm on WDSC 7.0 on OS400 V5R4. I have never experienced that problem.
Are you certain that the overnight processing doesn't IPL the system or
otherwise end the debug server?

When the debug server is running I have a job in QUSRWRK called
QB5ROUTER running PGM-QB5ROUTER and another job in QSYSWRK called
QSYSJOBD running PGM-Q5BROUTE.
