I don't know if it is still available, but at the time we purchased RD Power, there was a "trade up" option from ADTS (SEU/PDM) at a substantial discount.

Trade up does means that you give up a license for ADTS, but depending on the size of your machine, as part of the upgrade to 6.1 you may have received more licenses than you actually use. For us, we had about twice the number of licenses as developers, so we could get the low price for everyone and still have enough ADTS licenses left so developers can still use PDM/SEU.
