Hi Darren, sorry to hear about that experience.
   I recommend exporting the configuration from the old workspace and then
   importing into the new.

     Started up RDi 9.6.0.3 this morning, and it say, "Checking License
     Status", and stays there locked up.  I haven't seen this issue before.
     The
     only way I could find to resolve it was to rename/delete my workspace
     and
     it started up fine then. I just got done resetting my preferences last
     week after starting a new workspace to resolve the memory leak issue, so
     I
     wasn't excited to do this again.
