This would make a good candidate for an RFE.

I've been thinking on this one.
If you slowly click the area occupied by the two fields, RDi will
alternate which field is selected. Then you can deal with changes in the
properties view. e.g., 'One' and 'Two' are both located at the same
     spot.
Click once and 'One' is selected. Click a second time and 'Two' is
     selected.
But if you want to take action on one of the fields (e.g., dragging the
field or aligning it), the action is always applied to the second field
     in
the area. It almost seems like a bug to me. If you click where 'One' is
selected, then right-click, two will be selected. If you click where
     'Two'
is selected and right-click, 'Two' remains selected. I would love it if
     it
was consistent to leave the left-click selected field selected when you
     right-click.
