I found that too David but the bit you are supposed to modify doesn't exist in my css file. Wrong version of Eclipse?

Apparently later versions of Eclipse have this as a preference option.

Crazy thing is I'm certain I did this somehow in the distant past.

I dug into the various settings too and can't find anything that appears to be relavent.

A bit of googling turned up this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47731327/change-project-explorer-tree-view-font-size-in-eclipse-oxygen
which seems to indicate that you have to tweak CSS files in the plug-in's.

I haven't tried it, but you might want to give some of the things posted in the thread a try.
