You probably want to peek at the workspace Error Log and see what messages are presented when you go to connect then go from there?

Mike,
I tried enabling the secure connection and disconnecting/reconnecting. This did not work. We did recently enable TLS/SSL on the partition in question, however we also did that on one of our other partitions and my connection to that one from RDI works just fine. Thoughts?
