We recommend NOT updating to Windows 11 24H2 currently. It's not supported.
The current workaround is to roll back the Windows 11 24H2 update. (You have 10 days to do so.) Microsoft has been issuing fixes to the 23H2 stream, so users do NOT need to update to 24H2 currently. (See the step-by-step process below.)
We are working on a fix for the people who are beyond those 10 days, but only for 9.8.
9.6 will not be supported on Windows 11 24H2 unless Windows issues a fix.
Using the Go Back feature:
1) Open Settings
2) Go to System > Recovery
3) Click Go Back under Recovery options
4) Follow the on-screen instructions
5) Confirm that you want to go back to the earlier build
