Folks:

Anyone know what the 'IBM IES Feature' is?

Every time I want to update, or install, a feature in RDi 9.9 I'm told that it
has to uninstall IBM IES Feature in order to install or update the new or
updated feature.

Looking at the feature.xml filer for com.ibm.ies.feature, it appears to be
a container for the core of Eclipse.
