I think it would be a good idea to either document this or, somehow,
prevent operations that would remove the IES feature.

Probably also disable the eclipse plug-in repositories in the default
configuration.

I suspect you will end up with people breaking their RDi install by trying
to upgrade an Eclipse-provided feature and letting the IES feature get
removed.
