Anyone else experiencing a delay when SEP debug activates?

We're running 7.4 and I've got RDi 9.9 installed.

Frequently, when a SEP debug activates, it takes around 30 seconds for the
debug to actually start.

The SEP will activate, and RDi will sit there with the thread stopped, but
the debug session doesn't activate ... it just sits there.

After about 30 seconds debug will start at the first line and I can start
stepping through the program.
