Well, I got this part of it worked out.  Seems I
neglected to download the intermediate certificate
from VeriSign and receive it as a CA Certificate. 
Once I did that, everything worked like a charm.

So everything seems to be set up correctly.  When I
try to access my site with:
https://www.estes-express.com

everything is fine.

But when I use:
http://www.estes-express.com:443

I get a "Cannot Find Server or DNS Error" from IE and
"Document Contains No Data" from Netscape.

It's really no big deal, I wasn't planning on using
the port specification in URL's, just https.  Just
curious why it does not work.
