I usually keep my data libraries seperate from my CGI
libraries.  This way the user really can't get to them since
they're not included in an PASS, EXEC, MAP, etc.

Then I use my set of library list subprocedures to Push and
Pop the correct data library(s) to the library list.

So it would look like this in your case:

if (user="demo")
eval Library = 'TESTLIB'
else
eval Library = 'PRODLIB'
endif

#pushlib(Library)

..do processing..

#pop(Library)


Works like a charm.  You can download the source for these
at www.bvstools.com in the source samples section, or you
can create your own method of library list manipulation.
