You may be wrong on the static part.  Many people think ahead and purchase
the iSeries for their web serving and start out with something static.  We
did.

Then it takes much longer that originally anticipated to go dynamic.  Heck,
we purchased the iSeries so long before we even had the static that we
ended up using it for y2k testing and doing a scratch and reload.
