The last publication I read that said to use QTMHCGI was "Cool Title About
the AS/400 and Internet", published in 1996.  But I confirmed your Web
references.  Sounds like IBM got their wires crossed.

Or, maybe it's an indication of the amount of effort that they want to put
into CGI.   Whatever the reason, I'd agree that it's not customer centric.
