The problem is with the V5R1 HTTP server as I explained in
the "HTTP Server Woes" thread.

It's still there, but IBM mucked up the HTTP server in V5R1
so that site, and other sites that run on the box are just
hanging for no reason.

Jobs look good like they're working, but no responses.
