This is the AS/400 user ID that should access the validation list. In my
case, the PYLOOKUP validation list is public *EXCLUDE, so not even the web
server user (QTMHHTP/QTMHHTP1) can process it. PYLOOKUP owns the programs I
want to protect, and is the owner of the validatino list. The UserID
directive tells the web process to "switch to" the id specified before
processing the request. For the web server, it switches to PYLOOKUP before
the validation list is accessed.

The documentation is in "HTTP Server for AS/400 Webmaster's Guide". I have
the V4R4 version, it's page 17.

Make sure the programs and validtion list are owned by the same user, and
set that id in the Protection directive. Restart the web server, and it
should work.
