The string is terminated at the end.  The posted code will terminate it in
the middle (possibly) a la
"DICK & JANE, INC."  All of the spaces will be transformed into x'00' - I
doubt you want that.  Use the length environment variable (CONTENT_LENGTH)?
to determine the length and substring out the part you need.  CGIDEV2 may be
the aspirin you need for that headache...
