[WEB400] Basic HTML Aggravation

Need some Help ----

        I have a basic HTML Page that is designed to display as a 1024*768
or an 800*600. I did this by using width=nn% on the Table Tag that sets up
the page.  It works well most of the time, but every once in awhile it will
display REAL WIDE --------   instead of fitting on the users display. The
wierd thing is that if you hit the F5 refresh a couple of times it will
toggle between broken and working state !!

        I have checked the page with Net Mechanic (No Problems other than a
missing /font that I fixed.)
