Thanks Anton!  Do you have several jobs running in batch or just one?
Just one after the other. An unlimited number of web users could submit an
unlimited number of jobs, but the jobq may run only one job (CHGJOBQE) at
the same time.

But that has just the reason that the stat-fanatics can't use all
resources. The machine is used for various tasks and these stats aren't the
main task.

There is no special technical reason for that; it could be more than one
job running at the same time; did it often while testing here. As all my
work files are in QTEMP and the html and csv files in the IFS get a unique
name, there's no problem.
