As always, inquiries are a piece of cake.  I hate it when people say they're
creating applications when what they're doing is SQL queries.  You can use
an abacus and an etch-a-sketch to get good looking inquiries.

Unfortunately, Domino tends to be a little less forgiving when you have to
actually update data.  Or make complex screens with real interaction.  Ask
Nexgen - their BPCS Commerce product is/was Domino based.  But hey, you'll
go down that road, too.  As long as you have the time and money to spend,
may as well try them all.
